Seriously, I am SO lucky. I get to spend my working hours doing what I love most! Hanging out with amazing people, capturing never again moments for them, and encouraging those people with my life, stories, and talents. I couldn’t ask for more. Then when I get home and browse through the images I took I smile most of my day away.
I am especially proud of this particular shoot because I made the floral crown! It was a lot of work but I just wanted to see if I could do it. I rarely find time to do anything crafty even thought I love that sort of thing. So this was a real treasure for me, and I think it turned out so beautiful! YAY for me.
I’ve been so lucky to follow the last year of this dynamic duo’s lives. Everything from an engagement shoot to the wedding to Christmas minis and now onto this grand new adventure in their lives, starting with an announcement shoot and today’s beautiful session. I simply cannot wait until this little ones newborn shoot in August.

I cannot stop going to the Desert Botanical Garden for my shoots in the spring and early summer. It’s just gorgeous. My membership has been worth every penny! So before it gets too hot head out for an evening stroll.
Enjoy this session and stay tuned for the newborn shoot in August.
What do you think? The flower crown was a success right?
Yeah those orange dots are beautiful monarch butterflies fluttering in and out of our shot! Pretty right?
I won’t be back for a few weeks while I enjoy some downtime for the summer months. So head over to instagram or facebook to follow me there! Or simply click around an enjoy some other shoots on my blog. Peace and happy summer!
