Hiya. I’m back again with another Creative Content membership post. This time I’m going to be chatting about how to plan ahead with quarterly creative content memberships.

This is Diane’s third quarter shoot with my creative content memberships and once again she is KILLING it with her planning.
So here is the thing, it’s September and we are capturing the holiday spirit already. Because with creative content you need to get your shoot ideas and plan ahead for upcoming holidays well before the holiday is upon you.
The best way to plan out your creative content for the year is to consider 2-3 months before a holiday, special, or season what you will be promoting or offering your clients. It’s all about planning ahead and goal setting.
Mostly because you need to start promoting those specials well before the actual special. I would recommend launching specials, holidays, or seasons at least 6 weeks before your offering. If a shoot takes about 3-6 weeks to deliver to a client so the shoot needs to take place at least 12 weeks before you want to actually post the content. And that is min.
For holidays you can’t forget if you are selling something FOR the holiday your client needs the product WELL before the holiday. So you must start offering it a month or so before they need it.
Does that make sense? So plan your membership two months out at least. So here we are, it’s September with Christmas and New Years content. Most of my memberships are lining up holiday shoots with me so I can get them the content by mid October/early November. This gives them time to launch the content out well in advance. Once again for springtime all my membership peeps will be scheduling shoots in late Jan-mid February.
