Hey work from home entrepreneurs. How often do you get OUT of the house to work? Do you make a habit of it? As an extrovert I HAVE to schedule co-working dates out of the house to keep my sanity. One of my favorite places to do just this is @teaspressa. yummy drinks, aesthetically pleasing calm atmosphere and a kind staff 💥 doesn’t get better than that!

I never had sisters and I don’t have a daughter but I’m so thankful for friendships LIKE sisterhood and I’m thankful for my friends daughters and I’m super grateful for my amazing mother 💕💕💕 WHO are your girls?

Spent my entire day yesterday with this powerhouse of a woman and I can’t think of a better way to spend my time. She’s one of the most encouraging and kind women I’ve ever met. She’s transparent and a gifted leader. Then today I got to relive and reflect back while editing these content photos. Her powerhouse women 2020 goals + clarity event was beyond a success!

Working on Amber + Geoffs wedding ALLLLLL day!!!! Wedding editing is no easy task. I’ve estimated about 10 hours of editing and other various work for every hour I shoot at a wedding. So an 8 hour day is about 80 hours behind the scenes! It’s totally life giving though -even if it’s a little monotonous. I mean look how beautiful she is!!!!

It’s time to get back to editing today. I am forcing myself and my broken toe to sit at my desk and work. However OF COURSE my son has a stomach ache and is home from school right now.... ugh 😩 I can’t catch a break. It’s been two weeks now between his first sickness, my sickness, then Mexico that I haven’t been able to actually work!

So I totally broke my toe today! OUCH. I dropped my heavy duty yeti water bottle on it. 💦 but I’m a trooper (or just plan stupid) and wore my darn leopard heals to my friends launch event. Cause I never get to wear heels and I’m not gonna let a broken toe stop me. No worries. I’ll park myself at my desk tomorrow for a hard core editing date and let the healing begin. But I’m gonna have to skip out on some of my holiday events this week 🎄

GIRRRRRLLLL. I am so proud of my friend Risa. She’s officially launched her newest genius endeavor @therescuekitco. Risa doesn’t settle- no she’s a go getter and she’s launch her kit in @saks!!!!!! Cause that’s the kind of person she is 💕💕💕💕 and I’m so proud to call her friend and celebrate this achievement with her. Not just because her company is kickass, or because she’s just plain good at business but because of WHO she is. Risa is one of the most encouraging, supportive, kindest, humble, call-it-what-it-is friends. And my life is RICHER because of her. Congrats friend. Today we celebrate just a small part of your awesomeness. 💋

Oh hellllooooo DECEMBER! Back to the states just in time for HOLIDAY season! And I’m feeling a bit healthier too. Finally kicking this wicked cold we’ve been sporting. Just in TIME. BecauseI love Christmas season🎄 it’s a favorite. Advent started today and we kicked it off with an epic road trip sing along and storytelling car ride home 🏡

Our Japanese students are loving México 🇲🇽 . We are so sad these two are leaving us in just a week. What an honor and pleasure to walk alongside just a small part of their journey- they will be missed 💕

I’m thankful for many things- seriously. But today’s a struggle cause I’ve been sick for 8 days!!!! And the 8 days before that I’ve been caring for my sick kid! 😩 We are on vacation in Mexico with precious fun friends and I’m on this beautiful beach in the middle of an epic storm that’s soooo cool - but I’m managing a headache, fatigue, constant coughing and a sore throat. It’s less than ideal 😂 But hey it’s better than having all the above stuck on my couch 🛋 or freezing in the snow ❄️ lol. I’ll take it and be THANKFUL for it!

Tomorrow is THANKSGIVING!!!!!! I’m thankful for cookies. Honestly I hardly ever eat cookies but if someone made me cookies I would eat them. What’s everyone eating tomorrow? Are you with family? Friends? Both!??? More importantly what are you thankful FOR? Tell meeeeee 💕
