Arizona Moroccan Fusion Wedding Inspiration at Tempe Mission Palms

A delightful Arizona and Moroccan Fusion styled shoot that is full of color, life, and love.  The style offers bright bold colors and deep rich moss, but yet still brings in the local culture with vintage furniture, the adobe structure of the Tempe Mission, and palm leaves with eucalyptus. It’s really quite gorgeous in every way.

I am overjoyed to finally share this styled shoot from the Tempe Mission Palms! I’ve been reigning in my excitement for months as we were waiting for publication before releasing all the gorgeous inspiration. You can check out the sweet feature on Pheonix Bride & Groom’s Blog.

As you all know, I’m a wedding photographer, but recently I’ve shared a lot about myself and what is at the heart of what I do.

I’ve mostly shared my passion for people and beauty. So when amazing people come together to make beautiful things and on top of that bring the best of what they do, what can be more me?

I am thrilled when I’m asked to come on board with styled shoots in general because they are life-giving to me. They are when I get to be most creative and meet lots of new people. I would do a styled shoot every month if I could but I must be selective and as such I’m careful to accept things that fit with my vision and heart.

This shoot came to life when Kellie with Tempe Mission expressed her desire to show off the gorgeous property and come together with a styled shoot to give couples a vision for what they could do with the space. I love the venue so much but mostly, I love Kellie. She’s been so kind to me since the day I met her, fresh and new to Arizona, she included me, remembered me, invited me to set up for open houses, and sent me referrals. She is a genuine person and very enjoyable to hang out with! I always love my time with her, so of course, when she asked me to be apart of it, I was totally on board!

The shoot was incredibly fun and ended with yummy cupcakes!

The whole team was friendly and encouraging and just downright pleasant! I did a model call for the shoot and had so many applicants but among them were two friends, Savannah and Johnny Corcoran, whom I knew from our church the Spring. So, of course, they were the perfect fit. Then my friend Amanda is a Jamberry Nails consultant and she donated her time and super cute nails too. She’s so generous, she’s given her product for both my styled shoots this year. I was surrounded by friends & new friends.

You might recognize the name of Celebrations in Paper too. Rene donated her breathtaking stationary for my first ever styled shoot back in 2014 when I first moved to Arizona.  Check out the Bohemian Botanical Shoot.

I had such a great time getting to meet Lisa and her team from Stylish Events by Lisa. They worked so hard to make the vision come to life, plan and handle every detail of the day and so much more. One of the highlights from the day was working with PJ’s Flowers, I can’t even begin to express how dazzled I was by the floral arrangements they brought! They poured love and energy and spectacular work into this shoot. Every single piece was heavenly and individual! They spent hours making this space luxurious.

I had the honor of working with many other new vendors and I really enjoyed the experience overall. I hope we will all get to team up to make a couple very happy someday!

And like I mentioned, the day ended in fantastically yummy cupcakes by Sugar Lips! I took some home for Nate & Mateo too so everyone in the Battaglia household enjoyed those!

I hope you are inspired today by the beauty and love in the images 🙂 Enjoy and leave some love for us! The groom doesn’t get enough attention! Look at this gorgeous suit from CelebrityTux & Tails.

This cute little dude “chandler” was adopted, but if you are looking for a rescue, check out Arizona Animal Welfare League! Aren’t these Jams adorable from Beyond The Berry? Thanks Amanda!I can’t wait for a pool deck circular ceremony at Tempe Mission! It’s stunning and I love it!
