At The Fully Alive Agency, we don’t just “build websites.”
We design intentional digital spaces that support your growth, authority, and next level.
Here’s how the process works.
01. Strategy & Brand Direction
Before we build, we clarify. Every website client receives a focused 90-minute onboarding strategy session. During this session, we refine positioning, messaging, structure, and goals to ensure your website isn’t just beautiful — it’s aligned.
We review and discuss:
- Core messaging
- Offer structure
- Site hierarchy
- Audience journey
- Conversion focus
- Style Guide
This session is designed to translate what you already have into a strategic website plan.
However, some brands are still in the early stages — without defined brand guidelines, style direction, photography, fonts, color palettes, or finalized messaging. In those cases, we recommend beginning with deeper brand development before moving into website design.
For clients who need foundational clarity, we offer:
- Branding 101 — a guided course to define your brand and create your own style guide
- One-on-one brand strategy and consulting sessions for fully custom development
When your brand foundation is clear, your website becomes powerful.
This is the foundation. Everything builds from here.
02. Design & Development
Once direction is approved, we move into design.
Your website is built inside our internal development environment, where we refine layout, structure, visual identity, and user flow before it ever goes live.
You’ll receive a private preview link to review and provide feedback.
You are entitled to two structured rounds of revisions within the approved design direction.
03. Approval & Platform Setup
After final design approval:
- You’ll activate your Showit or Shopify subscription (if not already active).
- You’ll grant us temporary access for transfer.
- We prepare your site for launch inside your own account.
We do not host your website long-term — ownership always transfers to you.
04. Website Transfer & Launch
Once everything is approved and finalized:
- We transfer your completed website to your account.
- We assist with domain connection and DNS guidance.
- We prepare your site for public launch.
Please note: domain propagation timing is controlled by third-party providers and cannot be guaranteed.
05. System Setup & Product Demonstration (If Applicable)
If your project includes Shopify Lite or ecommerce functionality, we provide:
- Demonstration of one product setup
- Buy button integration
- Basic product workflow training
Ongoing inventory management or product uploads are not included unless arranged separately.
Optional: Email Marketing Setup (Flodesk Integration)
For clients ready to begin building their audience immediately, we offer email marketing integration using Flodesk. If selected, you will:
- Sign up for a Flodesk subscription (we provide a partner discount code)
- Grant us temporary access for setup and integration
We will:
- Set up one audience segment
- Build one basic email capture workflow
- Design one opt-in form
- Integrate the form directly into your Showit website (if applicable)
During your handoff session, we will demonstrate how to manage your audience, edit emails, and maintain your workflow moving forward.
Advanced automation sequences, campaign strategy, and ongoing email marketing management are not included unless otherwise arranged.
06. Handoff Training & Implementation Support
Every website package includes a guided 60–90 minute handoff session.
This training is scheduled after final payment and once your website is fully transferred and live.
During this session, we walk you through:
- Showit editing basics & navigation essentials
- Shopify fundamentals (Product setup basics & Buy button integration) (if applicable)
- Flodesk fundamentals (homepage, audience, workflows, tools etc) (if applicable)
You leave confident and empowered.
Ongoing Support Options
After launch, you have two paths:
Independent Ownership
You attend your training session and manage your site internally.
Monthly Support Retainer
Instead of managing everything yourself, you may transition into a monthly support retainer.
This can include:
- Website edits
- Product uploads
- Technical adjustments
- Ongoing questions
- Light implementation support
Retainers are optional and structured separately.
