Katie and Vince are officially wed! To celebrate this momentous occasion in their lives, we headed out to the beautiful desert botanical gardens for lifestyle portraits. We had a simply amazing time discovering the garden together, and it gave me a chance to really get to know them better before the reception coming this April. It was the best time to go to the botanical because all the wildflowers were in bloom, and the Bruce Munro desert light exhibition was up! It was REALLY crowded unfortunately, but you can’t tell in most of the shots.  We wrapped up the shoot with a delicious dinner at Gertrudes, if you have not made the time to eat there yet, you really must! I cannot wait to celebrate with these lovebirds in April and meet their amazing families.

Warning this blog is long because I could NOT stop selecting favorites to post. The light was amazing, the venue, and the couple, so alas there are MANY images below. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Don’t be afraid to ease the photo jitters and get yourself a cocktail during your photoshoot! I love capturing couples real spirit when they let loose and just let life unfold before me!

We stayed on top of the Sonoran Desert Nature Loop for sunset/civil twilight to wait for the Bruno Munro exhibit to light up. It was well worth the wait!
