I am beyond excited for this post! This wedding means that I have been in Arizona long enough to call it home, and have friends ask me to shoot their wedding. I have built lasting relationships and deep friendships now. Marc and Katie are so dear to me and my husband, Marc pursued a relationship with Nate and Katie with me, and we are proud to call them friends. We met Marc & Katie at the Spring (our church community in Tempe). It was so wonderful to be a part of their wedding from the engagement (featured E-Session HERE), to the planning stages, to the intimate parts of their wedding day. We are also friends with the pastor’s Tom and Gayle, and it meant so much to listen to words of truth during the ceremony, and then join in the fun with many other friends dancing and celebrating Marc and Katie’s life together. Oh, and it also helps Katie and Marc are gorgeous inside and out and totally willing to take an hour for portraits in the desert 🙂 MY FAV. lol.
Marc and Katie’s story of friendship and support is beautiful and you should read more about it on the Phoenix Bride & Groom feature HERE.
About the wedding theme: They planned a modern “Mad Men” style and chose citrus and navy as the colors, which they incorporated from the save the dates to the money tree. I have never seen these colors implemented so beautifully!
Great style, great day, great love. Enjoy and celebrate with me!
Vendors are everything for making your event beautiful! Check out these awesome people that Marc & Katie chose to create their dream wedding.
