I dream of sand dunes and salty air ALL the time! This is why our vacation of choice almost always involves the beach. It’s almost impossible for me not to capture photos while I’m there. It helps when you have a gorgeous friend that lives about an hour away from thus said beach!

Kate is amazing you guys.

I love her like a sister. She’s the kind of friend that I can only text a few times a year but when we are together we are on the same wavelength. It’s like we live life together. I respect and adore this woman. She is kind, incredibly brave, real, true to her beliefs, and an amazing mother & wife. She’s the Instagrammer I follow and smile constantly, never feeling inferior but instead I always rejoice in her love & family.

I adore that Kate & Ismael love my photography so much they have supported me since their wedding in 2011.

So many years ago guys! I’ve gotten so much better, but they were my first destination wedding. They brought me from Illinois to California to capture their wedding & a fun day after trash the dress in Laguna beach.

They have booked me every single time I’ve come to California, never asking for a discount but instead just talking me up & investing in my photography. I am so proud to make them feel confident in front my camera. I have captured their marriage, their son’s newborn session, and their full family now for the second time.  I hope that I get to photograph them for the rest of their lives. lol. I’d be so lucky right?
