Love and Loss A Sunrise Cave Creek Wedding

“Sunrise sunrise looks like morning in your eyes.” I love that song! My husband (Nate) and I shared our first kiss at sunrise to that song. So I”m just in love with Krystina & Lukes first look at sunrise. It’s so sentimental and beautiful. There really isn’t a better way to great the day than with “I Do”. Following the sunrise first look they shared their vows in the darling Cave Creek chapel.

Krystina and Luke are extremely lovable people with beautiful sentimental hearts.

So it was extra lovely to be apart of this special moment for Luke and Krystina. Celebrating this moment with their closest friends & family was a treasure.

I want to take a moment to talk about loss and honor those you have had to say goodbye to.

Many couples experience loss in the family and miss that someone special to share in this most wonderful day. I encourage them to bring a part of that person into the wedding to remember their lives with honor.

Unfortunately, Kristina lost her beloved father just shy of the wedding. As such, she celebrated his life and their friendship with sentiment and honor. She brought his love for Alabama with his hat and a crimson tide banner. Krystina encorporated a favorite jacket and a lovely metal print on her bouquet as well. They also had a special bond with the Wizard of Oz. So she wore darling ruby slippers, made a wizard banner, flower charms and so much more. She really truly brought her fathers spirit with her.
