You Get Street Credit For Showing Up For Photoshoots Meet Aaron Mann

I’m really running out of clever blog post titles… can you tell? I really can’t think of a good one for this post. I simply want to introduce you to one of my newest branding clients Aaron Mann and let you know that you all get street credit for showing up for your photoshoot.

It is hard to show up in front of the camera.

The number one thing I hear is “I am horrid in photos. I am nervous, I don’t want to do this, it’s going to be awkward, I am not photogenic”, and of course the classic, “what do I do with my hands?”

So I just want everyone to know… You are in good company! No one loves being in photos… unless of course you are a model.. then maybe you love it! haha. We all feel totally out of our comfort zone. And we all feel incredibly stupid standing there trying to act natural.

But please my dear wonderful people don’t worry and try to let go because… I adore my job! ADORE IT.

I will help you feel comfortable, I will find your best angles and get to know you. I will create life giving content and all you have to do is let yourself shine! Just try your best to be natural. I can help with posing and all that jazz but mostly you just have to muster the courage and show up. Once you do that it’s all FUN… and a tiny bit of awkwardness.

But also consider a membership… because the first shoot is always the hardest.

Take the pressure off and do a membership with me so you get use to shooting more often and there is less pressure on any particular shoot. You are simply showing up and over time you are going to get more and more comfortable. We will get into the groove and then the fun and magic really happens!

So yeah, circling back to my title…

Aaron gets mad street credit for showing up for this shoot.

Aaron just moved here from the East coast and needed to up his social media game and update his job and linked-in profiles. So of course my dear friend Risa is connected with him and send him my way. And Aaron did it. He booked the shoot, picked the date, found the outfits and showed up!

And we had a great time. At least I did and he said he did. haha. But the best part is that these photos are wonderful! They are exactly what he needed to start the journey of created an online presence for himself. Professional photos and a mix of lifestyle images will get him where he is going!

I am very excited to be a part of Aarons journey and life and keep creating content for him and we get into the groove of making magic!

Enjoy the images friends and remember.. you are not alone in your fear of the camera. We are all in it together, and we WILL have fun and make it something you start to enjoy!
