Fully Alive Photography is ringing in 2013 wedding season with a wonderland from Allyson & Dustin!

 

I got the honor of meeting Allyson & Dustin by shooting sweet little Mason’s 1 month photos. It was all especially exciting for me as I was expecting Mateo at the time & I was more than eager to cuddle a cute little babe!

 

I’m so proud of Allyson & her ladies for handling the cold to get these shots… and yes… it was a very cold day in March.  Everything was beautiful from Allyson’s gorgeous dress to the splendid bouquets.  The ceremony & reception were located at the Double Tree Hotel in Bloomington. Formal bridal party shots were taken at Ewing Manor.

 

Take a tip from Allyson’s special eye for detail & book a beautiful historic location for your bridal party photos. You will not regret the decision to have a beautiful landmark at your disposal. If it’s raining you have an exceptionally pretty location option indoors & out of the elements. If it’s sunny you have breathtaking grounds to pursue at your dispense.

Also consider the possibility of uplighting as well as the location. As a professional photojournalistic styled photographer I work very hard to document your day exactly as it & the prettier the backround, well the prettier the pictures right? You will do your reception the honor of bursting with color & life. You will not have bland hotel walls plastered with exit signs (although these can rarely be avoided sadly we must consider safety…) behind every image but rather your colors glowing & gleaming in every shot. Uplighting was well worth Allyson & Dustin’s investment – the purple lights make the images pop & gave me opportunities to shoot from almost every angle.
