Love is in the air, and 50mph winds… This shoot was literally a whirlwind but we enjoyed the fall weather and finding covered spots to protect from the windy gusts. So glad the leaves were still beautiful and it was actually pleasant 62 degrees out.  Altogether we had an amazing shoot & I just can’t WAIT for Leslie & Jonathan’s fall of 2016 wedding.
Using props to celebrate your wedding date is always super fun!
Photographing in your home is a great idea to embrace your lifestyle & everyday adventures together!
We only had a few sprinkles! What luck!
Leslie and Jonathon were SO accommodating, as we are driving out in the middle of nowhere I shout out “OOOHHH I’ve always wanted to photograph there! You guys game?” and the answer was always yes! I love being able to spot places as I go and just stop. Lighting, weather, and my subjects style always change what a location will appear like in photos, so I love ability to be spontaneous. I really enjoy meeting my clients and wandering off together. Thanks to this lovely couples flexibility we were able to do just that.
We had some friendly guests on our shoot…
Embrace the wind – I mean it’s just like a fan effect at a model shoot right? Thanks Leslie for being in a great mood the entire time!
As much as I LOVE a countryside engagement shoot it’s super fun to add in an urban setting as well.
Wrap up the chilly day with some hot cocoa and snuggles 🙂 Thanks @coffeehoundILÂ for letting us use your shop for some end of the shoot warmth and treats.
Let’s plan your lifestyle engagement shoot today taking some tips from Jonathan & Leslie’s countryside, downtown, and coffeeshop date. See you next time!
