Editorial Content For Farm Credit West Willow Ranch In Parker Az
When you are contacted to shoot editorial content for Farm Credit West you say YES!
Today’s post is all about Willow Ranch and Farm in Parker Arizona but also a little about my roots.
I don’t talk a ton about my childhood a whole lot but I grew up in Farm Country- I mean 3 miles from a village, 15 miles from a small town situation.
I even grew up ON a farm technically. We didn’t farm …but we bought an old farm house and converted the machine shed next to the barn into a stable. The property and fields around us where farmed by our neighbors. It was heavenly.
I loved it when I was little. I spent all my time in the dirt, puddles, trees and horseback.
Of course when I became a teen it was less than appealing to all my friends who lived in town in subdivisions. HAHA. But now as an adult I can clearly see how heavenly and magical it all was. I still adore being outside and earthing. haha. I garden and we bought the house we have because I’m obsessed with my yard.
So needless to say when Farm Credit West contacted me for a editorial content shoot at one of their clients and they said the words RANCH and FARM.
Take photos of horses and cows and alfalfa… the immediate answer was YES. YES. YES.
It was a LONG drive so normally I’d be like ” you want me to drive 3 hours for a 2 hour sunset shoot and then drive 3 hours back after DARK????? I’d usually say no. But the type of shoot was so right up my alley that it was so worth the drive. I would do it again every time. No question.
These images are so true to who I am at heart. I am honored and proud for Farm Credit West to publish them in their company publication and annual report.
Enjoy these magical sunset images at a stunning Ranch in Parker Az!
