WOOO it’s another wedding blog! Because it’s wedding SEASON! And it’s special one.
Today I am featuring Brie & Zach’s Sweet Flower Home Wedding!
Not only is this bride just the sweetest most caring human ever that I have had the pleasure of working with but the venue, family & friends were all so friendly and wonderful to work with! It was a wonderful day all around.
Like I mentioned above, this isn’t my first time working with the bride actually!
I met Brie years ago through Fuller Seminary actually. I had been photographing the Fuller Seminary graduation for a few years and Brie was one professors at the ceremony one year and we met! Then in 2018 Brie won a national award and needed some images and wanted to celebrate her achievement with a photoshoot & connected with me again!
Her award was from the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Dissertation Fellowship Award. Her dissertation investigated the effectiveness of solution-focused brief therapy for couples raising a child with autism. And I was THRILLED to capture that moment for her! And since she’s accomplished even more! This woman is a bombshell!!!!
We loved working together so much that when she got engaged she reached out again!
It was so fun being along for this process of wedding planning. Especially the part where I encouraged them to let their hobbies & loves be a part of their wedding day. And they took my advice and showed up with her bow & his gun! Can you say unique!!!! lol.
It was SUCH fun creating images with mementos that mean a lot to my couples. It’s very original and personal! And nothing gets better than that!
