Tiss the Season… for Senior Portraits!

It’s true! Apparently Seniors must get photos done for some schools for December! They submit for senior pages & all the things! So I have a flood of high school seniors coming your way!

What an exciting time of year for both parents and high school grads.

I’ll never forget- even at the ripe age of 40 what it felt like to FINALLY be done with primary school. I felt like an adult. haha. So funny now looking back at 17/18 as adulthood… because it’s not. But I would finally be able to make my own choices and have a life that felt like my own.

Now the funny thing is what I miss most is my mom taking care of me every day! haha. Can I get a hand tap of you feel the same way!

High school is hard. College is fun. Well it was for me! haha.

But the best thing about it, is that as an adult your relationship with your parents shifts & changes. It grows too (hopefully).. I’ve never been closer to my parents. My mom is currently and will forever now be my BEST friend. The first I call, the first I am there for. I wish the same on all my high school seniors.

Today I want to introduce you to (and congratulate) Paige Christakos, class of 2021!

She’s just the SWEETEST thing! I have become friends with her mom as I photographed her mom’s darling floral business (The Az Flower Garage) a few months ago. So I actually just met Paige for the first time on the day of her shoot.

I was so proud of her for her bright smiles, darling outfits, and selection of venues for the shoots (The Scott Resort & Spa/ The Saguaro). Everything turned out perfect & I couldn’t be happier!

Paige is attending Lehigh university to play division 1 soccer. She has always dreamt of going to school back east! She was born in Maryland and has family back East and has always loved returning to her roots! When Paige is not playing soccer she loves traveling, hanging out with her friends and is an avid Crumbles Cookies fan!

A big congrats to Paige as she enters the next chapter of her life!

And to her amazing mama. May their beautiful relationship only grow stronger and stronger through the years!
