The Seasons Of Amilia Another Birthday Photography Session

How many blog posts can I write about one little girl? MANY. Like Because over the years, I’ve had the privilege of documenting her journey from an adorable yet shy introverted 10-month-old bundle of curiosity to the exuberant and self-assured extroverted young girl she has blossomed into.

I feel like I have captured the seasons of her life and I’ve loved every minute of it.

Amilia’s transformation from shy and reserved to confident and playful has been a remarkable journey to witness.

Her evolving personality has transformed her into a spirited mini-fashionista too! She was all about the serious poses during this shoot too. I hardly had to remind her to get into a pose and when I did I didn’t even have to direct. I just said right there- POSE. She eagerly collaborates, suggesting poses, outfits, and even locations that resonate with her personality!

Our photoshoots have become a delightful fusion of creativity and spontaneity and sunshine (even when it’s cloudy like last year lol).

Ali, (my friend/her mother) is always up for new locations and sometimes even finds one’s like this shoot at the Phoenix Nature Preserve that I didn’t even know existed!

Amilia effortlessly weaves her charm into every frame, making each photo a testament to her zest for life. She’s so easy to capture! Her radiant personality, once hidden, now shines brightly- I mean SERIOUSLY. Look at these poses!

Photographing Amilia and Ali has been an great joy, and a journey that beautifully mirrors the seasons of her life and the art of storytelling through the lens. I can’t wait for double digits next year!
